GEAR | Irish supplier secures contracts for winch packages

Irish deck machinery specialist SeaQuest Systems has been awarded contracts by local fishing companies Sheehy Family and Barrack Point Enterprises for the supply and installation of winch packages on two vessel newbuildings.

The two vessels will be delivered to their owners in 2022 and 2023, respectively. One vessel is being built locally by Mooney Boats while the second is under construction at Vestværftet in Denmark.

SeaQuest said that both 27-metre vessels will share the same packages.
