Kumera takes over CuW Keller

Finland’s Kumera Corporation has completed its acquisition of CuW Keller, a marine gearbox manufacturer based in Troisdorf, Germany.

Kumera Getriebe, Kumera’s German subsidiary, will take over CuW Keller’s business activities as well as absorb its 160-strong workforce.

The Keller product line, which will form part of the Kumera portfolio, also includes standard and tailor-made gearboxes for marine transmissions and propulsion systems for mid-size seagoing vessels.
