GEAR | Brunswick Corporation completes acquisition of Navico

Brunswick Corporation has completed its acquisition of marine electronics and sensors manufacturer Navico for US$1.05 billion.

The acquisition also covers the Navico brands of Lowrance, Simrad, B&G, and C-MAP. These companies will be integrated into Brunswick’s Advanced Systems Group (ASG).

Brunswick will be using a combination of debt and cash on its balance sheet to fund the acquisition.
