Osprey gets final one of five trawlers in series from Nodosa

Netherlands-based Osprey Fish Group has taken delivery of Good Hope, the final one of five twin-rig trawlers/fly shooters in a series ordered from Spain’s Nodosa Shipyard.

The newbuild has an LOA of 28.6 metres, a moulded beam of 10 metres, a moulded depth of 4.51 metres, accommodations for a crew of nine, and a fishroom capacity of approximately 1,200 40-kilogram boxes.

One ABC 8DZC 749kW main engine gives Good Hope a top speed of 11.5 knots and a bollard pull of 25 tonnes.
