Cemre Shipyard cuts steel for purse seiner for Norway

Turkey's Cemre Shipyard recently held a steel-cutting ceremony for a new purse seiner/trawler for Norwegian ship owner Hardhaus.

The vessel, which has also been named Hardhaus, will be equipped with a hybrid battery propulsion system and electrical deck machinery.

Delivery is expected in the second quarter of 2020.

Hardhaus will have an LOA of 74.5 metres and a width of 16 metres.
