Icelandic builder Trefjar has delivered a new line fishing and bait transport boat to fisherman Brynjar Bangsund of Vardø in northeastern Norway.
Named Østkapp, the newbuild measures 10.99 metres long and is powered by a Doosan 4V158 engine connected to a ZF 500IV gearbox. Navigation and communication electronics were supplied by JRC, Olex, and Simrad.
The boat's fish hold can accommodate 14 baskets of up to 660 litres each.
