Cemre Shipyard has launched a new purse seiner/trawler for Norwegian fishing company Liegruppen.

The vessel will be named Libas and will be the world's first trawler to be powered by LNG. It will have a length of 86 metres, a beam of 17.8 metres, one MAN 6L51/60DF main engine, and an LNG fuel tank with a 350-cubic-metre capacity.

The seiner/trawler was designed by Salt Ship Design.
