Russia’s Pella Shipyard held a launching ceremony for Kastor, the second trawler-processor under Project 03095, on Monday, September 16.
The vessel is the second of four Project 03095 trawler-processors ordered by local fishing company Murmanseld 2.
Upon completion, Kastor will have an LOA of 70 metres, a beam of 14 metres, a draught of six metres, a displacement of 3,730 tonnes, and a crew of 62. It will be powered by one 5,220kW main engine that will deliver a speed of 14.5 knots.
