Nodosa to build second squid trawler for Rampesca
Nodosa Shipyard has been contracted to build a second squid catcher for Vigo-based fishing company Rampesca.
The new trawler is scheduled for delivery in 2020.
The vessel will have an LOA of 63.7 metres and a width of 12 metres. It will be a sister ship to Montferro, a Nodosa-built trawler delivered earlier to Rampesa, but with greater engine power and a slightly larger freezing capacity.
