Gitte Henning orders pelagic trawler from Zamakona

Fishing company Gitte Henning has placed an order for a new pelagic trawler from Spain’s Zamakona Yards.

The trawler, which will also be named Gitte Henning, will be the second vessel that Salt Ship Design will design for the company owned by Danish fisherman Henning Kjeldsen.

The 87.6- by 20-metre vessel will have diesel electric propulsion.
