Cemre launches seiner/trawler for Norway’s Hardhaus

Cemre Shipyard in Turkey launched a new purse seiner/trawler into the water on Tuesday, July 14.

The DNV GL-classed newbuilding, which will be named Hardhaus, will have a length of 74.5 metres, a beam of 16 metres, and battery hybrid propulsion. It will be delivered to Norwegian fishing company Hardhaus by the end of third quarter of 2020.

Design work on Hardhaus was provided by Salt Ship Design.
