Intership wellboat floated out in Spain
Spanish builder Zamakona Yards has floated out a new wellboat ordered by Norway’s Intership.
Inter Atlantic is the first of two wellboats that Zamakona is building for the same owner.
Once completed, the vessel will have a total transport capacity of 2,200 cubic metres and Intership’s proprietary freshwater production and treatment system. The system will be capable of producing over 5,000 cubic metres of clean freshwater every day.
Design work on Inter Atlantic was provided by NSK Ship Design.
