Martinez delivers longliner/seiner to Sète owner

French shipbuilder Martinez Constructions Navales has delivered a new catamaran fishing vessel to Armement Avallone of Sète.

Named Deux Frères VI (“Two Brothers VI”), the GRP-hulled newbuild has an LOA of 18 metres, a beam of 8.5 metres, and an aft deck space area of 100 square metres. Two Caterpillar C18 447kW engines deliver a speed of 20 knots.

Deux Frères VI is designed for both longlining and small-scale purse seine fishing.
