Atlantic Longline takes delivery of new fishing vessel
Norwegian fishing company Atlantic Longline recently took delivery of a combination seine netter/longliner from an unnamed Turkish builder.
Designed by Skipsteknisk, the 64- by 14-metre Atlantic replaces a similarly named older vessel, which has since been sold to an operator in the Faroe Islands.
The new Atlantic also has a fishroom capacity of 530 tonnes and a processing deck with a freezing capacity of 70 tonnes of fish per day.
