Singapore-based Sembcorp Marine has merged three of its indirect wholly owned dormant subsidiaries in the United States.

Sembcorp-Sabine Shipyard, Sabine Offshore Service, and Sembcorp-Sabine Industries (SSIC), which have all been organised under the laws of Texas, were merged under the Texas Business Organizations Code. SSIC, which was the entity surviving the merger, was also subsequently dissolved by way of voluntary winding up.

The merger and dissolution are a result of an ongoing business review to streamline Sembcorp Marine's corporate structure.
