Allan McDougall is the Chief Learning Officer at the International Association of Maritime Security Professionals, and principal of EvSec Canada. Within Canada’s Public Service, he has served as the Senior Inspector for Ports and Maritime Facilities with Transport Canada’s Marine Security Operations, one of the two senior Compliance Auditors for Security and technical security experts for the Canadian Coast Guard and the National Coordinator for Security Policy and Projects at the Department of Fisheries and Oceans. He is also a veteran of Canada’s combat engineers.
