Saipem awarded two new contracts offshore Saudi Arabia

Italy’s Saipem has been awarded two engineering, procurement, installation, and construction contracts assigned by Saudi Aramco for a total amount of approximately US$1.3 billion as part of the long-term agreement for offshore activities in Saudi Arabia, renewed in 2015 and in force until 2021.

Saudi Aramco has awarded a large contract to McDermott International for the engineering, procurement, construction and installation of 13 jackets in the Zuluf, Marjan, Berri and Abu Safah fields, offshore Saudi Arabia. 

Joint venture partners launch Saudi maritime yard

Saudi Arabian oil company Saudi Aramco has officially launched the International Maritime Industries joint venture with its partners Hyundai Heavy Industries, Lamprell and the National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia (Bahri).
