Icon Offshore deploys AHTS for Sarawak Shell contract

Malaysia’s Icon Offshore has deployed one of its anchor handling tug supply (AHTS) vessels for work with Sarawak Shell under a RM39 million (US$9.34 million) contract, the company said in a statement dated June 10.

The term of the contract shall be for a firm period of 825 days, with an extension option of up to two years with a one-year extension period each.

The vessel deployed is a 60-tonne non-DP-equipped unit.
