Mitsui delivers bulk carrier Christina

Mitsui Engineering and Shipbuilding (MES) has delivered a 66,000DWT bulk carrier to Greece-based owner Ostria Marine Co.

The 199.9-metre by 36-metre Christina has a service speed of 14.5 knots.

Classified by NK, the Marshall Islands-flagged vessel has four cranes and five cargo holds with a capacity of more than 82,800 cubic metres for coal, ore and grain and heavy cargo including steel pipe and hot coil.

Featuring a 24-strong crew, Christina is the 16th bulker in MES’s eco-ship Neo66BC series.
