Kraken Robotics completes acquisition of PGH Capital

Canadian unmanned systems operator Kraken Robotics has completed its acquisition of PGH Capital and its subsidiaries PanGeo Subsea and PanGeo Subsea Scotland.
PanGeo is a services company specialising in high-resolution 3D acoustic imaging solutions for the sub-seabed with offices in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Aberdeen, UK.
Upon closing, PanGeo will be a wholly owned subsidiary of Kraken Robotic Systems. Under Kraken’s ownership, PanGeo will continue to operate as a sub-seabed imaging services provider and will complement Kraken’s turnkey offering of high-resolution subsea imaging services.
