HamiltonJet has unveiled a new range of high-efficiency waterjets optimised for medium- and low-speed operation.
HamiltonJet CEO Ben Reed said the new waterjet delivers incredible energy efficiency at low speeds while boasting benefits such as shallow draught, manoeuvrability, and safety of boat occupants and of marine life in the water.
The waterjet has a large nozzle, lower input energy, a lower jet velocity, and a lightweight structure. It also features an efficient mixed-flow pump design, a compact in-board footprint, a narrow width for compact driveline spacing, direct drive capability, and refined corrosion protection.
