HB Grandi's new pelagic vessel 'Venus NS' is on its way to Iceland.
The vessel was constructed by Turkey's Celiktrans Shipyards.
The delivery trip from the yard in Turkey has gone well despite poor weather and the ship is expected to dock at its home port of Vopnafjördur next week.
Passing west of Ireland, the seven-man crew won't have a sight of land until the south-east coast of Iceland appears on the horizon.
