This very extensive, two-volume work is probably more than just a labour of love but the author has put an immense amount of work into its 1,300 odd pages. Apart from being impressively extensive and practically all-encompassing, it is now right up-to-date.
As with all the extensive list of maritime law books from Informa Law, this is beautifully produced and replete with fascinating case studies – almost a maritime history in itself.
While, obviously, its main market is maritime law practitioners, it is of much wider appeal.
