Keppel delivers five new vessels

Keppel Singmarine, the specialised shipbuilding arm of Keppel O&M, has delivered five new vessels to clients, including a multi-purpose supply and support vessel, an anchor handling tug supply vessel and three tugs.

'Greatship Mohini'

'Greatship Mohini' was delivered to Greatship Global Offshore Services, a member of the Great Eastern Shipping Group of India. This 94-metre vessel has been equipped with two electrically driven 2,600kW Azimuth thrusters and three 1,050kW tunnel thrusters.

The company also delivered 'Hadi 28', an AHTS, to its regular client Hadi H. Al-Hamman Establishment for deployment in Saudi Arabia. In addition, two 50-tonne bollard pull twin-screw Azimuth Stern Drive tugs, 'Mirbat' and 'BT Bontang 08', have been delivered to Salalah Port Services Company of Oman and PT. Badak in Indonesia.

Meanwhile in China, Keppel delivered a 65-tonne bollard pull twin-screw tugboat, to Keppel Smit Towage.
