Sanmar Shipyards recently launched a new ice-class tug at its Altinova facilities.
Once completed, the Robert Allan Ltd-designed ice class 1A tug will have an LOA of 31.5 metres, a moulded beam of 12 metres, a draught of 5.6 metres, and a bollard pull of 65 tonnes.
The tug will be operated by Sanmar's own towage fleet.
