Jaric, a Mauric-designed, Multiplast Shipyard-built 18-metre fast pleasure craft, has been delivered to yacht owner Jacky Setton.
Following comprehensive sea trials in Vannes, the vessel confirmed its maximum speed of 43 knots, powered by three 600hp Mercury Verado outboards.
Jaric, "combin[es] the performance characteristics of rescue vessels and fast interceptor hulls with the refined comfort expected in a luxury yacht," said Mauric.
A custom battery system designed by SkySat enables noise-free operation while at anchor, providing comfort during stationary periods. For enhanced comfort during cruising, the vessel is equipped with a gyroscopic stabiliser that significantly reduces roll motions at sea.
"The lightweight yet robust composite construction mixing fibreglass and carbon fibre structure provides an optimal weight-to-strength ratio, contributing to both performance and efficiency," added Mauric.
The vessel was co-designed with the owner, and interior accommodations were crafted by Golfe Agencement, under the direction of Anthony Lepiouff.
