ISA Yachts launched the 79.82-metre motor yacht Belita at Ancona on Tuesday, September 15, making the ISA Custom 80m the brand’s new flagship.
The fully custom yacht has a gross tonnage of 2,220 GT, measures 12.50 metres across the beam and draws 3.40 metres at full load. Following the Columbus Classic 80-metre Dragon, it is parent company Palumbo Superyachts’ second yacht measuring 80 metres.
Espen Øino International designed the exterior, which combines a compact superstructure with long sections of dark glazing. Descending volumes lead towards aft terraces and a pool area opening towards the water.
Peter Marino Architect developed the bespoke interiors around the owner’s requirements. Hydro Tec was responsible for naval architecture and engineering.
Two MTU 16V 4000 M65L main engines, each producing 2,240 kW, are expected to propel the yacht to a maximum speed of 18 knots and to 14 knots while cruising. At 10 knots, Belita can cover approximately 7,000 nautical miles.
