ICTSI Ecuador awarded for “eco-efficiency”

Contecon Guayaquil (CGSA), ICTSI's unit in Guayaquil, Ecuador recently received a honourable mention from the city of Guayaquil after the company competed for the eco-efficiency award.

Adrian Agazzi, Services and Information Technology Director; Fernando García, Safety Manager; and Luis Cao, Chief Executive Officer, during the awarding ceremony.

The eco-efficiency award is given annually to companies with best practices in protecting the environment. CGSA was one of five Ecuadorean companies short listed to win the award.

CGSA is a subsidiary of International Container Terminal Services, (ICTSI), a port management company involved in the operations and development of 21 marine terminals and port projects in 15 countries worldwide.
