Diana Shipping, through a separate wholly-owned subsidiary, has entered into a time charter contract with Bermuda's C Transport Maritime for the Capesize dry bulk vessel Houston.
The charter is for a period until July 1, 2021 at the earliest and may extend up to September 30, 2021.
The time charter commenced on Monday, April 13.
