EBX, Brazil, has announced the acquisition of an FPSO nearing completion at Samsung Heavy Industries, South Korea.
EBX purchased the FPSO, 'Nexus 1' for US$362 million from Nexus Floating Production.
At this point in time, EBX has not announced whether the unit will be used under the company's shipbuilding wind.
The FPSO has been renamed the FPSO 'OSX-1'.
