Dr Moayad Samman, Chairman and CEO of Jordan's King Abdullah II Design and Development Bureau (KADDB) recently signed a joint venture agreement with Mark T Hornsby, the Managing Director of RiverHawk Worldwide, USA, to establish Jordan RiverHawk Shipbuilding and Support.
The joint venture company will manufacture, market and supply AMP-137 advanced multi-mission platform vessels, capable of providing training, service and maintenance activities. With a length of 42 metres, the vessel is an adaptable and reliable coastal patrol and security vessel. The AMP-137 features low cost construction, uncomplicated systems and mission adaptability.
