Plenty Ships has signed a contract to build and supply a CoCo Yachts-designed Coastal Cruiser 300. The vessel will be 42.3 metres in length, 10.3 metres wide, have a draught of 1.3 metres and a service speed at full load of 28 knots.
There will be 234 economy seats at main deck, 64 business seats at upper deck, one VIP room for two passengers and 10 crew.
The ferry's hull and superstructure will be made of marine-grade aluminium.The hull has been optimised for high speeds in combination with good sea-keeping performance.
The interior of the vessel will be made of lightweight materials and luxuriously outfitted.A semi ducted fain coil split type air-conditioning system can provide either cool or warm air.
The vessel will be delivered to Xunlong Shenzhen Ferry Company in early 2016. It will be deployed to run services in the Pearl River delta between Shenzen, Zhuhai, Hong Kong and Macau.
