Integrated Wind Solutions reports record Q2 earnings

Alan Bosworth

Integrated Wind Solutions reported total revenue of €36.5 million ($42.5 million) for the second quarter of 2026, up 28 per cent year-on-year and six per cent from the previous quarter.

Group net profit increased 79 per cent from the second quarter of 2025 and 98 per cent from the first quarter to €9.6 million, while earnings per share reached €0.18.

Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation rose 64 per cent year-on-year to €14.8 million, driven mainly by vessel operations in the IWS Fleet division.

The fleet generated €24.9 million in quarterly revenue, with all six vessels achieving 100 per cent commercial utilisation, compared with 95 per cent in the previous quarter.

IWS Services generated €11.2 million in revenue, compared with €11.5 million in the first quarter and €12 million in the second quarter of 2025.

Integrated Wind Solutions' share of net profit from PEAK Wind was €0.4 million, compared with a net loss of €0.5 million in the preceding quarter, following cost reductions and improved market conditions.

The company expects full-year 2026 net profit to increase by at least 20 per cent compared with 2025.
