Norway's Bergen Group Hanøytangen has reached an agreement with offshore accommodation provider Floatel International for a three week long yard stay and rig modification for the semi-submersible accommodation vessel 'Floatel Superior'.
The agreement comprises various yard services and modification work to be carried out during the stay. 'Floatel Superior' is scheduled for arrival at Hanøytangen in mid-February, 2014.
The 'Floatel Superior' is an accommodation and construction support vessel with 440 single berth cabins. This can be expanded to accommodate over 500 occupants using double bed occupancy.
