Royal IHC has reached agreements with several customers to supply cutter suction dredgers (CSDs) and trailing suction hopper dredgers (TSHDs) with an approximate total value of €100 million (US$109 million).
The CSDs will be capable of dredging up to 18 metres while the TSHDs will have hopper capacities ranging from 500 to 4,000 cubic metres and are ideal for all common maintenance and land reclamation projects.
The dredgers will be delivered to customers in Africa and Asia.
