The 2026 Asia Commercial Diving Equipment, Deep-Sea Exploration and Development Expo (ADDS 2026) will be held from December 18 to 20 at the Hainan International Convention and Exhibition Centre in Hainan Province, China.

The conference will be guided and supported by the Department of Commerce of Hainan Province, the Department of Finance of Hainan Province, and the Oceanic Administration of Hainan Province and organised by the Guangdong Grandeur International Exhibition Group.

The fair is planned to cover a total exhibition area of 80,000 square metres, with 600 Chinese and international brands expected to participate.

Targeted invitations will be extended to global markets including Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe and the Americas, and Australia and New Zealand, with an estimated 35,000 professional buyers and industry professionals from both home and abroad expected to attend for business matching.

Building on the Chinese Government's "15th five-year plan" as a starting point for marine economic development, Hainan Province is leveraging the institutional openness advantages of its free trade port to accelerate the creation of an "international testing ground" for deep-sea equipment testing and international collaboration.

The organisers expect that the conference will open up a low-cost, high-efficiency international trade corridor for underwater engineering equipment manufacturers worldwide via Hainan.

The scope of the exhibition will cover personal life-support equipment for commercial diving, saturated deep-water diving systems, underwater engineering construction and inspection equipment, unmanned intelligent underwater operation equipment, and emergency rescue and response equipment.

At the same time, the exhibition will highlight diverse sectors such as subsea energy development and waterborne rescue, creating a broad selection of equipment and services meeting the industry's needs for integrated procurement and technical collaboration.

The exhibition will serve as a convergence point for stakeholders in core procurement groups including global underwater engineering general contractors, commercial diving contractors, underwater operations and maintenance service providers, and marine research institutions.

To ensure the efficiency of business negotiations, the organising committee will specially offer a "VIP buyer hospitality service", arranging dedicated accommodation for 5,000 pre-qualified purchasers.

Concurrent events will include supply-demand matching sessions, factory visits, and the Deep-Sea Development Cooperation Forum, thus establishing a complete international trading loop from technical mutual recognition to final order placement.

Exhibition and sponsorship recruitment for ADDS 2026 is now underway.
