MTU Detroit Diesel Australia’s Ironmen on show at Ausmarine

MTU Detroit Diesel Australia presented its new 4000 Series Ironmen engine for commercial marine applications, at Ausmarine 2010. MTU Detroit Diesel Australia's Ironmen was on display in Perth from to November 23-25, with focus on the specially optimised 4000 Series M63 long-stroke engine.

The 4000 Series Ironment engine, available in eight,12 or 16 cylinders, is the foremost name in work boats, thanks to their maximum availability and reliability, low fuel consumption, as well as long maintenance intervals – attributing to minimal lifetime costs.
