Marine Jet Power (MJP) has introduced the MJP Hybrid waterjet, a product concept optimised for high-speed applications and featuring a well-proven pump unit.
Merging characteristics of MJP's DRB series with its Ultrajet series, the Hybrid unit combines high performance with competitive pricing, said MJP.
"The idea to take the best from our DRB and Ultrajet series and optimise the Hybrid for high-speed applications," commented the company.
"The concept came soon after the company's merger with Ultrajet and completes our product range."
MJP said the Hybrid waterjet features one of the best duplex stainless steel jet pumps available on the market, displaying outstanding wear strengths and performance.
Designed for high-speed applications, the waterjet also features mixed-flow technology with minimum tip clearance, as well as inboard hydraulics mounted in an aluminium frame.
