The partnership of Northbay Fishing Company and Wiseman Fishing Company of Scotland has placed an order for a new pelagic trawler from Danish builder Karstensens Skibsværft.
The two companies will jointly operate the vessel, which will be named Artemis. It will have an LOA of 75 metres, a beam of 15.6 metres, and a 6,100kW main engine.
Delivery of the trawler is scheduled for June 2022.
